由于公司業(yè)務(wù)需要，我司計(jì)劃以采購或租賃方式引進(jìn)9架海油構(gòu)型的直升機(jī)（包含5架AW139和4架超中型直升機(jī)），可接受5年或以上租期，但租期內(nèi)機(jī)齡不超過15年，同時(shí)要求提供提前終止方案。****基地完成全部檢查并具備交付條件的時(shí)間應(yīng)不晚于2025年。具體要求如下：

COHC intends to purchase or lease NINE (9) Offshore Oil Gas helicopters（including 5 Leonardo AW139 and 4 super medium helicopters）. The lease period is acceptable for 5 years or more, but the age of aircrafts is no longer than 15 years during the leasing. At the same time, an early termination option is requested. We expect that the aircrafts to be ready for delivery at suppliers’ designated maintenance facility no later than 2025.The specific requirements are as follows.

直升機(jī)出廠時(shí)間不早于2015年1月1日；

The proposed helicopters must be manufactured not earlier than the 1st day of January, 2015.

直升機(jī)需為空客直升機(jī)和萊奧納多原廠制造的海油構(gòu)型的H175、AW189和AW139直升機(jī)（7噸），至少包括16個(gè)乘客座位（H175或AW189）/12個(gè)乘客座位（AW139）、救生筏和浮筒設(shè)備；

The proposed helicopters should be Offshore Oil Gas configured Airbus H175 and Leonardo AW189 and AW139(with 7 tons), which at least includes 16 passenger seats（H175/AW189）/12 passenger seats（AW139）, life-rafts and floats.

直升機(jī)在運(yùn)行過程中未發(fā)生過任何導(dǎo)致直升機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)或飛行特性發(fā)生改變、需要重大修理或更換損壞部件的事故或事件；

No accidents nor incidents, which resulted in noticeable change in air-frame structure or flight performance, vital repair or components replacement, occurred during its previous operation.

直升機(jī)和部件的小時(shí)或日歷維護(hù)間隔需按照航空器或部件維護(hù)手冊的要求執(zhí)行；

All hourly inspection intervals and calendar inspection intervals to any applicable parts shall be in compliance with requirements specified in Aircraft and Component Scheduled Maintenance Checks.

直升機(jī)在交付時(shí)需處于適航狀態(tài)，所有適航指令、必做服務(wù)通告已全部完成。

All airworthiness directives and mandatory service bulletins shall be accomplished and the proposed helicopters shall be recovered to be airworthy upon delivery.

報(bào)名資料包括：

Application documents including：

供應(yīng)商的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、商業(yè)存續(xù)證明或其他證明供應(yīng)商法律地位的官方文件；

Business license, commercial certificate of existence or any other applicable official document indicating supplier’s legal status.

證明供應(yīng)商為直升機(jī)所有權(quán)人，或證明供應(yīng)商為直升機(jī)所有權(quán)人的授權(quán)代表、經(jīng)授權(quán)可代表直升機(jī)所有權(quán)人處置直升機(jī)的證明文件。

Official document either proving supplier’s ownership to the proposed helicopters, or proving supplier is the authorized representative having legal rights to dispose the proposed helicopters on behalf of the owner.

****公司架構(gòu)，其中應(yīng)包括所有處于供應(yīng)商控制下的分支機(jī)構(gòu)；

Supplier’s corporate structure illustrating all the affiliates such as branches and subsidiaries under bidder’s control.

直升機(jī)配置清單以及維護(hù)記錄、直升機(jī)狀態(tài)情況；

Specification and up-to-date maintenance status of the proposed helicopters.

直升機(jī)STC重要改裝情況；

A list of modifications or designs with which supplement of type certificates (STC) were granted by FAA/EASA or counterparts of other countries if applicable. 直升機(jī)的目前的占用情況以及采購/租賃協(xié)議簽訂后的交付計(jì)劃（含預(yù)計(jì)交付時(shí)間和交付地點(diǎn)）；

Availability of the proposed helicopters and delivery schedule upon signing of purchasing/leasing agreement, including expected dates and location where the helicopter is ready for delivery.
