2.資格標準：

★高壓天然氣壓縮機橇需按照《海上固定平**全規則》的要求進行設計、制造、認證和檢驗。投標人應****安全辦公室（COOOSO****船級社（ABS, LIoyd’s, DNV,CCS，BV）對天然氣壓縮機組整體進行檢驗并獲得檢驗證書。

★投標人應為天然氣離心壓縮機的制造商（即壓縮機的制造商及壓縮機橇的成橇商）。制造商的天然氣離心壓縮機自2015年1月1日至開標日（合同簽訂日期）至少有一套電機驅動的產品在海上平臺或FPSO成功運行了一年及以上的業績，并提供相關業績證明。相應業績證明文件要求詳見下述業績要求①和②。①銷售合同復印件（含合同封面和簽字頁，以及相關的技術附件）和；②用戶簽字的成功運行證明文件或用戶簽發的臨時接****船級社簽字的調試記錄報告。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：貨物名稱、供貨數量、使用環境、技術參數/指標、成功運行時間。如投標人提供調試報告，則以明確標明的成功運行開始時間或以調試報告簽署時間為準。未提交業績證明文件，或所提供的業績證明文件無法驗證以上內容的，均視為無效業績。賣方須向買方提供新的未使用過設備，新試制產品不予接受。為核實投標人業績，在授予合同前招標人有權要求投標人進一步提供相關證明資料，包****船級社出具證書、發票、銀行進賬單/流水單、進出口報關單據等。投標人無法提供相關材料的，將視為無效業績。

3. 有興趣的合格投標人可通過以下方式獲取招標文件：

Overview: Three unattended wellhead platforms (BZ19-6 WHPB,BZ19-6 WHPC, BZ19-6 WHPM) and one central processing platform (BZ19-6 CEPA) are newly built in BZ19-6 condensate gas field phase I development project. Bz19-6 CEPA is equipped with a 120 person living building, which is connected with the built BZ19-6 WHPA platform and the BZ19-6 BOP platform to be built through trestle, and an offshore substation platform (BZ19-6 EPP, belonging to the onshore power project) is newly built next to BZ19-6 CEPA, For shore power access, BZ19-6 EPP is connected with BZ19-6 CEPA trestle.

From within PRC：January 28, 2023 of Construction Site of Qingdao, Shandong.
From outside PRC：January 13, 2023 of Qingdao Seaport, Shandong.

2. Qualification Requirements:

★The WET GAS COMPRESSOR SKIDS shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic Trade Commission. PRC（SETC）. Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of The Gas Compressor Skid from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd_EpSingleQuotes_s, DNV,CCS，BV.

★The Wet Gas Compressor shall be the regular product of the manufacturer, and since January 1, 2015（date of contract） to the date of bid opening , at least one set of motor drive gas centrifugal compressor of the manufacturer has been successfully operated on offshore platform or FPSO for more than one year. The references shall be testified by proof materials. The Bidder shall submit the Reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence per following evidence requirements ① ②：①Copies of sales contract (Including the cover and signature page, and the relevant technical attachments) and② 2A certificate notice signed by End user to Verify its successful run and/or temporary accept certificate signed by End user and/or commissioning report signed by a third party classification society. The corresponding documentary evidence submitted by the Bidder shall at least demonstrate the content show as follows: Name of Goods, Quantity, usage circumstance, technical parameter /requirements ，drawings of the configuration type and the successful operation time. If the bidder provides the commissioning , the start time of the successful operation shall be subject to the stated date or the signing date of the commissioning . The performance without certification documents will be treated as invalid performance. Vendor shall provide Purchaser the new, unused prototype and trial-manufacture is unacceptable. In order to verify the performance of BIDDER, the Tenderee shall have the right to request the bidder to provide further relevant supporting information before the contract is awarded. Including but not limited to, technical documents such as technical agreement, technical clarification notes, drawings and calculations etc., certificate approved by the third party classification society, invoice, bank statements/slip, import and export customs declaration etc. If the BIDDER is unable to provide relevant materials, it will be regarded as invalid performance.
